Obviously if you get heavy you need a couple more to   Boat does 60mph at 6000rpm   I’ve seen .9-1.0 between 35-40  Again load the boat with 590 gallons of fuel obviously no boat will see that number    I run to Bahamas doing 40-45 mph getting usually heavy/ full with .8    Those 300v8 have so much tork- boat pops right on plane - no tabs  Running eco enteria 3 blade props - never tried to mess with a different setup.  If you were looking for more speed, I’m sure you could get it.
